Customer Service Representative

Objective: To ensure excellent customer service and assist with the garment handling before and after the garments are cleaned and pressed.

Duties:

  • Satisfy customer needs
  • Handle drop-off and pickup
  • Create invoices for incoming orders
  • Tag the garments
  • Assemble the orders once cleaning is finished
  • Clean work area

Hours: Part-time or full-time (30 hours or more).  Flexible.


Store Manager

Objective: To oversee an entire store’s daily production and manage the store’s revenues and costs while ensuring the quality standards of Klinke Cleaners.

Duties:

  • Train in all aspects of running a dry-cleaning plant
  • Qualify to open and close the store and perform the necessary daily paperwork
  • Create a staffing schedule for the other store employees
  • Handle employee relations such as interviewing and hiring
  • Monitor supplies and place orders when supplies are needed
  • All additional duties listed under “production” and “customer service representative”

Hours: Full-time.


 

Production

Objective: To effectively press customers’ garments to meet Klinke Cleaners’ standards, while keeping our promise of “In by 10:00, ready at 4:00.”

Duties:

  • Press shirts and/or drycleaning to meet the company’s quality standards
  • Inspect garments for any stains
  • Keep work area clean
  • Assemble pressed garments when necessary
  • Hours: Part-time or full-time (30 hours or more).  Flexible hours.

Production Assistant

Objective: To travel among all Klinke Cleaners’ locations and assist store managers in their daily production.

Duties:

  • Train in all aspects of running a dry cleaning plant and qualify to run a store in a manager’s absence
  • All additional duties listed under “production” and “customer service representative”

Hours: Part-time or full-time (30 hours or more).


Lead Person

Objective: To assist the store manager in all operations of the store such as opening and closing the store as well as customer service and production responsibilities.

Duties:

  • Be able to operate the store in a manager’s absence
  • Qualify to open and close the store
  • All additional duties listed under “production” and “customer service representative”

Hours: Part-time or full-time (30 hours or more).  Flexible hours.
