Step 1 – Go to www.klinkecleaners.com/login

Step 2  – Please login to your account*

Step 3 – Scroll down and add a credit card to your account if you don’t already have one on file. Then click the purple “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. Please note: you must have a valid credit card number in your account to be eligible for our delivery service.

Step 4 – Scroll back to the top of the page and click the purple “Enable Delivery” text. You will see a message that says “You have been converted to a delivery account.”

That’s it! Within one business day of signing up, you will receive an email that explains more about the service in your area and it will provide additional instructions.

*If you know the email address on your account but don’t know your password, enter your email address into the page and click the “Forgot Password” button. You will receive an email to reset your password. Note: after you change your password, the website will send you back to the login page where you can simply log into your account with your new password. If your email address is not on your account, please visit your local Klinke Cleaners location and ask to add your email address to your account.

Step 2 – Follow the instructions to create your account. The third page will ask “How would you like us to service your cleaning needs?” – select the “Pickup & Delivery” option.

Step 3 – Once your account has been created, scroll down and add a credit card to your account then click the purple “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. Please note: you must have a valid credit card number in your account to be eligible for our delivery service.

That’s it! Within one business day of signing up, you will receive an email that explains more about the service in your area and it will provide additional instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

UPDATED 10/28/21 - How does the delivery service work?

Once you are signed up for our delivery service and you have received your welcome kit, you can schedule a pickup by responding to our interactive emails or SMS messages or by scheduling a pickup in our mobile app or via our website.

  • If you prefer to use email, you will receive an email each Sunday evening that contains links that will allow you to schedule the day you would like us to pick up your cleaning.
  • If you prefer to use SMS, you will receive a text message each night prior to the day we service your area. You simply reply to that text with a “Y” or a “y” before 7am the following day to indicate that you want us to pick up your cleaning. If you don’t respond, we won’t stop by.
  • If you prefer to use our mobile app or our website, you simply log in and visit the “delivery” page in the mobile app or the “pickup” page in the website. There you can see a list of available dates we’re in your area. Select a date and click “request pickup”.

That’s it! Put your bag out by 8am on the service day you selected and we will come by to pick up your cleaning. We will return your finished order on your next service day.

Do I have to be home or at work when you pick up or deliver?

No, not at all! In fact, most of our residential customers are not home. That is why we started our home delivery service. Our customers told us they wanted more leisure time for doing things that they enjoy.

If we are picking up and delivering to your home then simply put your bag out by 8am. When we return with your cleaning, we will deliver them on a hook by the front door or wherever you specify.

If we are picking up and delivering to your place of work, it depends on your working situation. If you are in an office with other co-workers and there is a central place for all employees to place for us to pick up and deliver then you don’t need to be present during pickup and delivery times.

However, if you are the only one in your office or there isn’t a central place for us to pick up and deliver then it’s up to your level of comfort if you want to leave your cleaning out for us and if you want us to deliver when you are not around. If you don’t feel comfortable with leaving your bag or cleaned garments out then consider switching your delivery address to your home address.

Is there an extra charge for the delivery service?

Nope! There is no delivery fee!

If I don't have any cleaning for you to pickup, do I need to call?

No need to call us! 

If you’d like us to stop by then you can use our interactive SMS texting service. Each night before we visit, you will receive a reminder text. Simply reply with an “y” or “Y” and we will stop by your address.

If you’d like to temporarily suspend the pickup and delivery service notifications then simply log into to your account online or on the mobile app and visit the “suspend” tab. Fill in the dates and click “suspend service”.

When are my service days?

You will receive an introductory email within one business day after signing up that will indicate your exact delivery days or you can look at the map below to determine your delivery days. We are in every area twice per week – either Mondays / Wednesdays or Tuesdays / Thursdays. For example, if we pick up your bag on Monday, we will bring back your cleaned and pressed garments on Wednesday and vice-versa. The same holds true for the Tuesday / Thursday zones.

What time do I need to put out my pink delivery bag?

Please put your bag out by 8am. Our delivery truck will be in your area at anytime from 8am to 4pm on your service days.

If you are a business that does not open by 8am, please contact us at delivery@klinkecleaners.com and we will let our driver know.

What if I forget to put my bag out?

No worries! You have the following options:

  1. You can always leave your bag out on your next service day.
  2. You can always visit any of our Klinke Cleaners locations and have your clothes cleaned on-site. Click here to view all of our locations. 

 

Can I use the delivery service to clean my rugs?

Our drivers can accept rugs that are 5×7 or smaller in size. Once we have the rug, we will contact you with the pricing. We need your approval of the pricing before we will clean the rug. We send rugs out to be cleaned by a 3rd party and the processing time can take up to 4 weeks.

I don’t have a pink delivery bag? Or, I would like a 2nd delivery bag.

If you signed up online, via our mobile app, or in-store, we will drop off a welcome kit on your first service day that includes our pink delivery bag and instructions.

If you signed up with our delivery driver, you should already have your welcome kit.

I don’t know my password.

From your computer, go to www.klinkecleaners.com/login and enter your email address then click on “forgot password”. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

I am having problems signing up.

I would like to temporarily suspend the delivery service.

Log into your account online or on the mobile app and visit the “suspend” tab. Fill in the dates and click “suspend service”

Do I need a credit card on file with Klinke Cleaners to use your FREE Pickup and Delivery Service?

Yes you do. We cannot pickup or deliver your clothes without a credit card on file. All items will be billed to you the day after we pick up your cleaning.

I didn’t receive my order? Or no one stopped by today to pick up my order?

Can I drop off my dry cleaning at any Klinke Cleaners store and then have it delivered to me?

Unfortunately, no. If you drop off your cleaning at one of our locations, you will need to pick up the cleaning from that location.

Can my spouse and I both receive text message reminders if we share one account?

You can add as many email addresses to your account profile and set those email addresses to be receive delivery reminders. Unfortunately, each account can only have one phone number receive text reminders.

If you want to share control over the account, you both can log into your account via our website or the mobile app. This will allow you to suspend service, adjust notifications, sign up for an On Demand Friday, update your credit card, etc.

What happens if I reply "Stop" to the text message reminders?

Replying “Stop” to our text message reminders will stop you from receiving text messages but won’t cancel your pickup and delivery service. If you’d like to change your notification settings or suspend your delivery service, simply log into your account at www.klinkecleaners.com/login to make these changes.

Do I need to receive reminder texts and emails? Can I turn those off?

Although you may absolutely turn off these notifications within your account either online or via the mobile app, we strongly discourage you from doing so. Not only do we send reminder messages but we also send specific updates if there is a change to the delivery schedule due to extreme weather, traffic delays, or adjustments to the schedule due to holidays. If you turn off your notifications, you might miss a message that would update you about changes to your service.

If you do turn off text notifications, you can still request a pickup using text. You just text the word “visit” to our automated text service and it will respond with your next 2 service days. You can select the service day you would like us to pick up and the system will schedule your pickup for that day. 

When will I receive my welcome kit?

You will receive your welcome kit on your next delivery day after you sign up. Sometimes this could be the following week depending on when you signed up.

What is in my welcome kit?

Your welcome kit consists of a pink bag for your dry cleaning needs and a blue bag for our laundry service and a hanger caddy for you to save hangers and give back to us to recycle.

Why am I being charged $10 for my welcome kit?

The $10 fee for your Welcome Kit includes the items within the kit (both your pink dry cleaning delivery bag and your blue wash n fold bag for your laundry) and it covers the delivery of the kit directly to your home or office. 

How do I cancel delivery service?
