As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, the safety of our team, customers, and community is our topmost priority. We are working diligently to adjust our business to support the needs of our team and our customers.

Pickup and Delivery

The President advised yesterday that residents try to use delivery options when available. We recently activated all four of our delivery zones in order to offer free pickup and delivery to most Dane County residents. You can learn more and sign up at: www.klinkecleaners.com/delivery

Limiting Production and Store Hours

Starting tomorrow, March 18, we will stop processing cleaning at 12 of our 19 locations. These 12 locations will continue to be open this week from 7am to 12pm for garment pick up and next week from 7am to 9am. The remaining 7 locations will continue our same day service production with our normal hours. You can find the full list of adjusted store hours here: www.klinkecleaners.com/hours

In addition, we will be closed at all locations on Saturdays until further notice.

We strongly encourage all customers to pick up any garments that you will need in the coming weeks. If we are forced to further reduce hours, we do not want any customer to not have access to their clothes.

Temporarily Suspending Lobby Service Where Possible

Until further notice, we have suspended access to our front lobbies. Most of our locations have drive thrus, and we kindly ask that all customers use the drive thrus for the time being.

Increased Sanitation Requirements

We have increased the sanitation requirements at all of our locations. Our garment care professionals are working to regularly clean all surfaces and wash their hands frequently. In addition, we’ve instructed employees to stay home if they are not feeling well.

Use of Our 24/7 Dropbox

If you already use our express bag service or our EarthSmart Bags, please consider using our dropboxes to drop off your garments in lieu of handing the bags directly to our staff.

Additional Measures and Continued Communication

We might need to institute additional measures as further guidance is provided by City, County, State, and Federal agencies. If so, we will keep you notified.

We look forward to continuing to serve you and re-establishing full services once this crisis has diminished.

Thank you and stay well.
