Where can I get coupons?

Coupons are available by mail, email, or you can print web coupons off our website. Discover all your options by clicking onto our coupon options page.

Where can I get a Klinke Express Bag?

You can fill out an application at any Klinke location or you can click the following link and fill out an express bag application online.

How often do you email your email coupons?

Our E-Mail Coupons are generally emailed on the first Tuesday of the month and are valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the month. We also send out special discounts on occasion so keep an eye on your inbox!

What are the stores' hours?

Our store hours are M-F, 7 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4:30 pm. However, if you use our Klinke Express service, you may drop off your clothes at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

What is the first thing I should do when I get a stain on my clothes?

Absolutely nothing!  We strongly recommend that you don’t attempt to remove stains on your own for fear that you may accidentally set the stain permanently.  We advise you to bring your garments to our professional staff at any one of our 19 locations and ask the manager for his or her recommendation.  It won’t cost anything for our advice!

Why can't I log into my account online?

It is possible that your web browser’s security settings are preventing you from logging into your account online. In Internet Explorer, please enter your “Internet Options” settings and click on the “Privacy” tab. Change your privacy level to “Low” then try logging in again.
