Where can I get coupons?
Coupons are available by mail, email, or you can print e-coupons off our website. Our mail coupons are processed by different companies between Dane and Waukesha Counties. In Dane County we distribute coupons through Dollars & Sense and Advo in Waukesha County.

You can fill out an application at any Klinke location or you can click here and fill out an application on the website.

How often do you update your E-Coupons?
We try to update these coupons one or two days after the most recent coupon has expired to give you plenty of time to print the coupon in advance.

How often do you e-mail your E-Mail Coupons?
Our E-Mail Coupons are mailed during the middle of each month and they are valid for two weeks.

What are the stores' hours?
Our store hours are slightly different between Dane and Waukesha Counties. Our Dane County hours are M-F, 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. In Waukesha County, our store hours are M-F, 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 4:30 pm. However, if you use our Klinke Express service, you may drop off your clothes at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

What is the first thing I should do when I get a stain on my clothes?
Absolutely nothing! We strongly recommend that you don't attempt to remove stains on your own for fear that you may accidentally set the stain permanently. We advise you to bring your garments to our professional staff at any one of our 18 locations and ask the manager for his or her recommendation. It won't cost anything for our advice!

How can I help speed up Klinke Cleaner's cleaning process?
We appreciate it when customers unbutton all the buttons on their shirts and check every pocket for loose change and other personal possessions before dropping the garments off at our stores. This helps us speed up our workflow so we can get your garments back to you as soon as possible. Also, when dropping off your garments, please point out any stains that may require special attention. If we are aware of the stains before the garment is clean, there is a greater chance that we can remove it.
