Koats for Kids: 9,497 Coats Collected

Well, the final coat has been donated and counted. Our final tally is 9,497 coats!

On behalf of Channel 3 and the Community Action Coalition in Dane Couny and the Hope Center in Waukesha County we want to thank you to everyone who donated. We truly appreciate it. 

The Dane County coats will be distributed starting tomorrow (Oct 20th) through Sunday (Oct 23rd). If you'd like a coat in Dane County please register in advance with the Community Action Coalition. For more information, call the CAC at 608-246-4730, ext. 216 or email cac@cacscw.org.

The Waukesha County coats will be delivered to the Hope Center later this month and will be available at their distribution center.

Amazing numbers of collected jackets from different donors. It will make a big favor to many in need children. They will become warm now when winter occurs. I hope this good project will continue for many years.
